Balkrishna Chapagain returns to UML

KATHMANDU: Dr. Balkrishna Chapagain, a key member of the CPN-UML, has rejoined the CPN-UML.

He was greeted by UML chairperson KP Sharma Oli on Sunday.

Chapagain Press Chautari, who has a permanent residence in Butwal, has served as the National Security Agency’s Central Chairperson and Executive Chairperson for two terms.

After the UML split, he joined the CPN-S before rejoining the UML, calling the United Socialists a “stagnant communist party.”
