Illegal structure of Nabil Bank at New Road is being demolished

KATHMANDU: The Kathmandu Metropolitan City is preparing to demolish Nabil Bank’s illegal structure.

The illegally constructed structure in the basement of the bank’s New Road branch is being prepared for demolition.

After it was discovered that Nabil Bank had a branch office in the basement built for parking, it was ordered to be removed.

If the structure is not removed, a team led by Mayor Balendra Shah is preparing to demolish it with bulldozers.
