UML overtook RPP in Oli’s hometown

KATHMANDU: MAY. 18 – CPN-UML has overtaken RPP in Damak, the hometown of UML chairperson KP Sharma Oli.

UML has now overtaken RPP, which was taking the lead till Wednesday morning.

UML’s mayoral candidate for Damak Geeta Kumari Poudel Adhikari has defeated RPP candidate Ram Kumar Thapa with 11,311 votes. Thapa has got 11277 votes.

Similarly, Federal Democratic National Forum candidate Yam Bahadur Limbu got 215 votes.
