Congress leads in Butwal Sub-Metropolitian, RPP second

KATHMANDU: MAY. 14 – The Nepali Congress has taken the early lead in the Butwal Sub-Metropolitian preliminary vote count.

When the 200 votes in Ward No. 1 were counted, the alliance’s common candidate was seen in front.

Khel Raj Pandey of the Nepali Congress leads with 73 votes, followed by Mrigendra Sherchan of the RPP with 45 votes.

Baburam Bhattarai of the CPN-UML got 33 votes. Ward No. 1 has got 1,974 votes, according to the Election Office.
