KATHMANDU: MAY. 9 – The ruling coalition’s three parties have decided to coordinate in Kathmandu Metropolitan Ward 32.
The Congress, Maoist Center, and Unified Socialists have decided to coordinate.
“In accordance with the agreement to form a local alliance, we have decided to move forward in this ward no. 32 with goodwill and cooperation,” the three parties said in a statement.
The agreement was signed by Congress President Subash Chandra Parajuli, UCPN-M Ward Coordinator Ram Sundar Shrestha, and UCPN-M Ward Chairperson Sita Kandel Parajuli.
With four days until the election, the three parties agreed to work together on Monday.
