Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank launches tenth branchless banking service
The bank has brought a branchless banking service in Amaralti Chowk, Ward No. 7 of Dakneshwori Municipality of Saptari District.
KATHMANDU: MAY. 3 – Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank has launched branchless banking services in new locations through mobile apps.
The bank has brought a branchless banking service in Amaralti Chowk, Ward No. 7 of Dakneshwori Municipality of Saptari District from Monday in the process of expanding its services.
Om Shanti Traders Center (Prof. Mukesh Kumar Sah) at Amravati Chowk, Ward No. 7, Dakneshwori Municipality has been appointed as Business Representative for Branchless Banking.
The branchless banking service was jointly inaugurated by Bhagwati Yadav, former regional president of Nepali Congress, Madhesh State and Raju Shrestha, Inspector of Police, Ward No. 7, Dakneshwori Municipality.
The event was attended by other employees of the bank as well as business representatives and local dignitaries.
Facilities like account opening, deposit collection, payment of money, payment of various bills etc. will be provided through branchless banking, the bank said.
The bank hopes that this service will develop significant trust in the bank and banking concept in rural and non-banking areas.
