KATHMANDU: MARCH. 20 – According to meteorologists, the western low-pressure system is currently having a general effect in Nepal. The weather is generally partly cloudy in the country’s hilly areas and mostly clear in the rest of the country.

The temperature is rising across the country, according to the Weather Forecast Division. On Saturday, the highest temperature in Kathmandu was 31.5 degrees Celsius. Dharan had the highest temperature of 36.7 degrees Celsius. Similarly, the temperature in Biratnagar reached 36.6 degrees Celsius and 36.5 degrees Celsius in Bhairahawa.

Today, the hilly areas of Far West, Karnali, Gandaki, and State 1 will have partial to normal cloud cover, as will the rest of the States.

Light rain with thunder and lightning is expected in a few places in the hilly areas of the country and light snow is expected in a few places in the mountainous areas.

Tomorrow, the country’s hilly terrain will be partly cloudy, while other parts of the country will be mostly clear. There is a chance of light rain with thunder and lightning in one or two locations across the country’s hilly terrain.

On Tuesday, there will be partial cloud cover in hilly areas of the country and generally clear skies in the rest of the country. There is a chance of light rain with thunder/lightning in one or two locations on State 1’s hilly terrain.
