Share market rose slightly, transaction volume & amount decreased

KATHMANDU: MARCH. 14 – The share market has risen slightly on Monday. On this day, the share market Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) index increased by 0.15 points and reached 1668.11 points. On this day, the sensitive index has decreased by 0.05 points.

A total of 2.349 million 10 rupees shares of 220 companies were traded at Rs 1 billion 344 million 22 million 32 thousand 8 hundred 39 rupees on this day.

On this day, group indicators of banking, development bank, life insurance, non-life insurance, microfinance and other groups have increased. The group indicators of the remaining seven groups have declined.

Share prices of companies like Rastra Utthan Laghubitta, Emerging Nepal, Corporate Development Bank, Swavalamban Laghubitta and Prabhu Insurance have risen.

Shares of companies such as United Mardi, Salt Trading and Malung Khola have declined.

On this day, the share price of 100 companies decreased while the price of 77 companies increased.
