Price of gold fell by Rs 500 per tola
KATHMANDU: MARCH. 14 – In the gold and silver market, the price of Chhapawal gold dropped from Rs 500 per tola to Rs 102,300 per tola on Monday. On the previous day, gold was traded at Rs. 102,800 per ounce.
According to the details made public by the Federation of Gold and Silver Entrepreneurs of Nepal, the price of acid gold has been fixed at Rs. 101,800 per tola. The price on Sunday was 102,300 per tola.
Similarly, the price of silver today decreased by 10 per tola as compared to the previous trading price and was fixed at Rs 1,415 per tola, according to the federation.
The federation has been fixing daily trading prices here on the basis of fluctuations in gold and silver prices in the international market. Gold traded at around $1,973 a tola in international markets on Monday.
