KATHMANDU: MARCH. 11 – The Patan High Court has ordered that the examination of customs agents be postponed.

The court has issued a short-term interim order to stop the examination of the customs agent scheduled for Saturday.

On Thursday, a single bench led by Justice Bhojraj Adhikari ordered that the examination be postponed until March 20.

In the writ filed by Christina Thayab, it is mentioned that the information of the customs department is not proportional/inclusive as per Article 42 of the constitution.

The court directed the respondent to appear before the court on March 20 and stated that it would be appropriate to discuss with both parties whether to issue an interim order as requested by the writ petitioner.
