PARBAT: MARCH. 7 – Ganesh Prasad Timilsina, Speaker of the National Assembly, has taken part in the adventure game ‘Superman Zipline.’ Timilsina, who reached in his home district of Parbat during the program, rode on a zipline built on the bank of the Kaligandaki River near Kusma Bazar.

According to the company, the Superman Zipline operated by Harness Zipline Pvt. Ltd. is the world’s second-longest. The zipline is 1480 meters long and begins at a height of about 250 meters above the surface of the Kaligandaki River.

Chairperson Timilsina landed at the resort 1480 meters from the same Superman zipline. After the zipline, he said it was a very fun and adventurous experience.

It is preferable to experience and enjoy adventure sports in one’s own place, but the number of people participating in fun adventure sports is growing. I would like to invite you to come and try out the harness zipline at least once.

According to Sunil Singh Baniya, the company’s managing director, the attraction of Superman Zipline has grown from children to the elderly, and many tourists from all over the country, including Pokhara, want to book their time. “The attraction has also increased as there is less fear in the zipline than in adventure sports like bungee swing and swing,” he said. A fee of Rs 3500 has been fixed for the zipline.

Inauguration of Nepal’s first Skybridge

Meanwhile, Chairperson Timilsina has inaugurated the first-ever glass bridge (Skybridge) in Nepal. Chairperson Timilsina rode the zipline after inaugurating the Skybridge built by Harness Zipline Pvt. Kusma.

According to Raj Kumar Basnet, the company’s director, Skybridge has been built with various adventure sports aimed at both internal and external tourists. The bridge, which is approximately 250 meters above the surface of the Kaligandaki river, provides a clear view of the river and the cliff. According to the company, the bridge can carry up to 100 people at a time.

It is said that there are plans to build the world’s longest glass bridge in the future considering the success and technical aspects of the short Skybridge being built now.

Harness Pvt. Ltd. has also established a joint swing for the first time in Kusma Bazar.

Kushma is home to the world’s second tallest bungee and the tallest swing, both of which are located near the Superman Zipline. Similarly, the long and high suspension bridge is becoming a popular destination for both domestic and international tourists.
