City Hotel to issue IPO, Global IME Capital Sales Manager

KATHMANDU: NOV. 23 – City Hotel is going to issue a primary share IPO to the public.

The hotel has appointed Global IME Capital as its share issue and sale manager. The hotel will issue 100 shares at the rate of 10 percent of the existing paid-up capital.

The agreement was signed by Hotel Chairman Akshay Golyan and Chief Executive Officer Parasmani Adhikari on behalf of Capital.

Hotel City has brought the five-star Hyatt Palace into operation from Kartik 15 (Nov. 1).
