Four judges returned to the regular session

KATHMANDU: NOV. 16 – Four judges of the Supreme Court returned to their regular sessions on Tuesday. As soon as they returned to the court on Tuesday, the hearing on issues other than habeas corpus has started.

Judges Tej Bahadur KC and Kumar Regmi and Bam Kumar Shrestha and Manoj Sharma also heard cases other than habeas corpus.

Earlier, they had been hearing only habeas corpus cases but now they have been hearing other cases as well.

Judges had been boycotting the bench for almost three weeks demanding the resignation of CJ Rana.
