Nepal records 764 new cases, 10 deaths in past 24 hours

TERHATHUM: OCT. 8 – In the last 24 hours, 764 people have been infected with the coronavirus in Nepal.

According to the Ministry of Health and Population, 715 PCR tests were performed on 9,466 people in various laboratories across the country and corona tests were performed on 1,022 people using antigen methods.

Another 10 more deaths have been reported, bringing the death toll to 11,210.

In the same period, 1,033 coronavirus infections were reported from various hospitals across the country, according to the ministry.

The recovery rate is 96.7 percent, said the ministry.
