Vaccination Program Launched by Prime Minister Deuba and US Ambassador Berry [Photos]

KATHMANDU: JULY 19 – Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba and US Ambassador Randy Berry have jointly launched the Johnson & Johnson vaccination program. Deuba and Berry inaugurated the vaccination program at a function at Khagendra Navjivan Kendra in Jorpati this morning.

There is a Johnson & Johnson vaccine for people with disabilities that can be given with just one dose. Last Monday, 1.534 million 850 doses of vaccine had arrived in Nepal from the United States under the Covax program. The vaccine has been introduced in most districts of the country including Kathmandu.
