Dhakal is the chairman of NIC Asia Capital

KATHMANDU: JULY 17 – Kapil Dhakal has been appointed as the Chairman of NIC Asia Capital. A meeting of the board of directors held on Friday appointed Dhakal as the chairman.

Dhakal also has experience working at ICIC Bank India and Deloitte India (Big 4), the bank said. He was previously the Chief Executive Officer of Hamro Bikas Bank.

Dhakal entered NIC Asia as the head of AIC Asia Bank’s Business Pre-Engineering Department. He has 12 years of experience working in the banking sector. Dhakal is currently the chairman of NIC Asia Microfinance.
