Rise in NEPSE by 55 points, turnover of Rs 11 billion

KATHMANDU: JUNE 2 – The Nepal Stock Exchange NEPSE index has risen on Wednesday. The index has increased by 55.76 points and reached 2827.12 points. The Sensitive Index also rose by 7.83 points to 505.15.

A total of 226,13,029 shares of 219 companies have been bought and sold at a price of Rs 11.35 billion 18 lakh 15 thousand 356 rupees on this day.

Shares of My Hydro Power, a national insurance company rose 10 percent on the day. Share prices of Pokhara Finance, Manjushree Finance and other companies have risen by more than 9 percent.

On this day, group indicators of all companies except mutual funds have turned green.
