Nabil Bank operates QR code in Dhumbarahi vegetable market

KATHMANDU: TUESDAY, APRIL 6, 2021 – Nabil Bank’s QR code has been brought into operation in Dhumbarahi vegetable market. The QR code was inaugurated by NRB Executive Director Bhuwan Kandel on Tuesday morning.

On the occasion, he said that emphasis should be laid on electronic payment technology. He also said that cashless business should be increased.

This is a simple, easy and technological app of Nepal. From which it is said that money cannot be traded abroad.

Nabil Bank CEO Anil Kesari Shah said that all vegetable markets will be encouraged to do cashless business. He informed that a loan of up to Rs 500,000 would be provided to the vegetable shop owners.
