16th general meeting of Shangri-la Development concluded

KATHMANDU: TUESDAY, APRIL 6, 2021 – The 16th Annual General Meeting of Shangri-la Development Bank has been concluded. The meeting was held at Lainchaur Banquet in Lainchaur on Monday using physical and zoom technology.

The general meeting has passed a resolution to distribute 5.2632 percent dividend of the bank (SADBL).

The general meeting passed a resolution to distribute 5 percent bonus shares of the bank’s paid up capital of Rs 2.60 billion and cash dividend of Rs 68.59 million for tax payment purposes.

In addition, the meeting also passed the financial statement of the Fiscal Year 076/77 and the proposal to appoint an auditor for the Fiscal Year 077/78.
