Health camp organized by KMC on the occasion of Kumari Bank’s annual festival
KATHMANDU: SUNDAY, APRIL 4, 2021 – A free health camp has been conducted in Thangpal village of Sindhupalchowk on the occasion of the annual celebration of Kumari Bank with the technical assistance of Kathmandu Medical College.
A free health camp has been conducted at Thangpal Secondary School in Ward No. 6 of Panchpokhari Thangpal Municipality under the joint project of Kumari Bank and Thangpal Municipality.
Narayan Dahal, general manager of KMC, informed that 1544 people were treated free of cost in the one-day health camp organized by the bank.
The health camp has treated 195 people with ECG, 209 people with lab test, 164 people with video X-ray and 64 people with tooth decay.
KMC has been running free health camps lately. Earlier, KMC has conducted free health camps in Kathmandu, Bhaktapur, Lalitpur, Nuwakot and other districts.
KMC has been conducting free health camps in villages after social worker Dr. Sunil Sharma assumed the responsibility of chairman.
