Facilitated fire brigade handed over to Urlabari Municipality
KATHMANDU: TUESDAY, MARCH 23, 2021 – Ashok Leyland, promoted by IME Motors Pvt. Ltd. under IME Group, has handed over a well-equipped fire station in Urlabari Municipality for the first time.
According to the company, the fire engine has been handed over to the municipality in a joint venture between National Fire Safe and IME Motors.
In the presence of Urlabari Municipality Chief Khadga Bahadur Phago, Deputy Chief Laxmi Devi Bhandari, other officials of the municipality, IME Motors Corporate Sales Head Sushil Rana Thapa and National Fire Safe Chief Khagendra Karki handed over a fire engine.
Speaking on the occasion, Mayor Phago said that he was very happy to get a well-equipped fire engine. He said that the municipality is confident that the fire brigade will be useful in preventing the loss of property of the citizens.
