Providing financial knowledge to students under financial literacy program by Prabhu Bank

KATHMANDU: TUESDAY, MARCH 23, 2021 – Prabhu Bank Limited has imparted financial literacy to 50 students studying in class 7, 8 and 9 at Tershe Secondary and Batase Secondary Schools in Talmarang village municipality of Sindhupalchok district. They gained banking literacy / knowledge by visiting the bank’s head office at Babar Mahal on Monday.

The 50 students were divided into 5 groups to observe and study the bank’s head office and various activities conducted / edited by the bank.

Interacting with the students at the closing ceremony of the on-site observation, Ashok Sherchan, Chief Executive Officer of the Bank, explained to the students about the Bank and all the activities performed by the Bank.

The brand ambassador of the bank and famous singer / artist Prakash Saput was present at the event. The chief executive officer also provided educational materials including copy and pen to the participating students. On the occasion, the students also posed various banking and financial questions to the Chief Executive Officer.
