In the operation of Healthwise Polyclinic for beauty treatment

Kathmandu. Healthwise Polyclinic has come into operation at Bhimsengola in Baneshwor. Anuradha Koirala, chairperson of Maiti Nepal, inaugurated the treatment center in the Philippines on Tuesday.

The polyclinic, which has made cosmetic surgery a major task, has said that it will jointly promote health treatment and beauty treatment. The operator claims that this is the first polyclinic in Nepal to bring both beauty and health care together.

Stating that the goal is to transform the polyclinic into a fully institutional hospital within a short period of time, the operator said that anyone can get cheap, reliable and accessible service in this treatment center.

“Despite the high demand for beauty treatments in Nepal, there is a lack of treatment centers that provide effective and excellent services. This polyclinic has been brought into operation with the objective of fulfilling the need for beauty treatments,” said Dr. Bijaya Bhattarai said.

Giving information that tens of millions of rupees are being spent on beauty treatment every year, he also expressed confidence that his polyclinic would stop the amount from abroad.

Giving information that laser treatment and cosmetic surgery services are being started for the first time in Nepal, the operator of the polyclinic said that the services will help people to stay physically and mentally healthy and look good.

The polyclinic offers services in the fields of Hair Transplant and Restoration, Lasers and Aesthetics, Nutrition and Advanced Slimming and Facial Plastic Surgery and Cosmetic Surgery. Under health treatment, services will be provided under dermatology, endocrinology, nose, ear and throat, cardiology and orthopedics.

The treatment center, which is open seven days a week from 9 am to 7 pm, has announced a 15 per cent discount on all types of treatment for one month to every customer and patient.

Former President of the Medical Association Dr. Anjani Kumar Jha said that it has different facilities and services than other polyclinics.
