Results of Siddhartha Bank’s employee participation program made public

Kathmandu. Siddhartha Bank has made public the results of the employee participation program. The prizes were handed over to the winners by the Chief Executive Officer of the Bank, Shambhunath Gautam.

On the occasion of the 18th anniversary, an employee engagement competition was organized keeping in mind the participation of the employees. A total of 124 bank employees from all over the country participated in the competition in four categories including article animation video, TikTok video and painting.

The results of the program were unveiled at a function at Siddhartha Bank’s head office in Hattisar on Sunday. Most of the employees of the bank had digitally attended the program.

At the event, CEO Gautam thanked all the contestants and said that such competitions would boost the morale of the employees and create joy and enthusiasm among the employees. He also expressed his commitment to continue such competitions in the coming days.
