Ministry of Health corrects corona-infected deaths

Kathmandu. The Ministry of Health and Population has corrected the death toll from the corona virus (Covid 19) infection. The ministry added the death toll to 618 on the same day today (Wednesday).

The health ministry’s figures did not match those of other bodies managing the Covid 19 epidemic, and the ministry was criticized for hiding the actual death toll. A committee was formed to investigate the difference in the death toll. The ministry has increased the death toll after the committee’s report.

The death toll has risen to 2,684, the ministry said.

Similarly, 19 out of 94 cases of covid infection have been confirmed and 71 cases have been cured. At the same time, the total number of infected has reached 273,760. Of those infected, 270,139 have been evacuated.
