Aaha Rara Gold Cup from Chaitra 17

Pokhara. The 19th edition of Aaha Rara Gold Cup Football is scheduled to be held in Pokhara from Chaith 17. Organizer Sahara Club said in a press conference on Saturday that the competition will be held at Pokhara Stadium from Chaitra 17 to 28.

Chairman of the club Keshav Bahadur Thapa informed that 12 teams including foreign clubs from A Division and Mofasal will compete in the competition.

The ticket fee and prize money of the competition have not been made public. Chairman Thapa has said that the prize money will be kept based on the ticket fee.

Last year’s winner Manang Marsyangdi Club received a prize of Rs 10 Lakh 1 Thousand. It is estimated that the competition will cost Rs
1 Crore 1 Lakh 81 Thousand and the estimated income will be Rs 1 Crore 30 Lakh 1 Thousand.
