1300 players from 29 countries in Nepal Open
Kathmandu. Nepal Open International Virtual Poomsae and High Speed Kick Taekwondo Championship is scheduled to be held from January 27. Kumar is also the coordinator of the competition.
Secretary of the organizing committee Ashok Khadka informed that 1,300 players from 29 countries will participate in the tournament. In Iran, Syria and Rwanda, orphans, victims of violence and refugee players will play for free. There will be 60 competitions in Poomsae and 30 in High Speed Kick. Competition coordinator Shrestha said that many competitions have been included in the competition with the objective of making players of all age groups move in the case of Kovid-19.
The best male / female player will receive a cash prize of US १ 100 each. Similarly, the ‘Most Valuable Player’ will be awarded from 150 US dollars. This genre will be selected based on the most viewed player videos on YouTube.
It is said that it will cost around Rs 560,000 to conduct the two-day competition. The competition will be conducted from Koteshwor Taekwondo Dojang.
