23 companies on notice for potential blacklisting (list included)

KATHMANDU: The Public Procurement Monitoring Office has prepared to blacklist 23 construction companies.

Before placing the companies on the blacklist, a written clarification was sought from the 23 contractors and suppliers who were unable to manage their operations effectively.

Despite being asked to respond within 30 days, if no response is received, the office has informed that a final clarification has been sought for the process of placing them on the blacklist.

In the ongoing process of placing companies on the blacklist, a double clarification has been sought from Suman Neupane’s Chandrasurya Construction Service.

Based in Kathmandu, Chandrasurya Construction Service was recommended to be placed on the blacklist by the State Social Development Ministry’s Public Construction Implementation Unit, Bhainsipati, and Gajuri, Dhading.

The clarification was sought based on the recommendation made by the Bhainsipati and Gajuri, Dhading, units under the State Social Development Ministry’s Public Construction Implementation Unit, in Kathmandu.
