India Chief Justice Chandrachud arrived Nepal

He is scheduled to arrive at Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA) on Friday upon the invitation of Chief Justice Bishwambhar Prasad Shrestha.

KATHMANDU: The Chief Justice of India, Dr. Dhananjaya Yeshwant Chandrachud, has arrived in Nepal.

He is scheduled to arrive at Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA) on Friday upon the invitation of Chief Justice Bishwambhar Prasad Shrestha.

Upon his arrival at the airport, he was welcomed by the Honorable Justice Ananda Mohan Bhattarai of the Supreme Court, Chief Registrar Devendra Dhakal, and other personalities, including the Indian Ambassador to Nepal, Naveen Srivastava.

Chandrachud will participate in the National Conference on Juvenile Justice scheduled to be held in Kathmandu on Saturday.

He also has a scheduled meeting with Chief Justice Shrestha on Saturday afternoon.

Chief Justice Shrestha will also host a dinner in his honor on Saturday night.

He is set to return to his home country on Sunday evening.
