Municipality Chief resigns amidst serious allegations against Padma Aryal

KATHMANDU: Khimnarayan Manandhar, head of Harinas Rural Municipality of Syangja, has resigned from his post.

Chief Manandhar, who is also the chair of the UML city committee, has resigned as the party committee chair and rural municipality chief.

In the recently concluded 9th district convention of UML, the leader has also expressed his anger on social media saying that his people were defeated.

UML leader Padma Aryal and leader Narayan Marasini have announced that they have resigned saying that they are not fit to hold the position as they have brought only people who have lost in various elections to the district committee.
