Nepal facing UAE in the semi-finals

KATHMANDU: Today, both matches of the ACC Premier Cup semifinals are underway.

Nepal emerged as the winner from Group A and Hong Kong as the runner-up, securing their spots in the semifinals. Similarly, Oman claimed victory in Group B, with the UAE finishing as the runner-up, advancing to the semifinals.
In the first semifinal, Nepal is facing off against the UAE. The match is set to commence at 11:45 AM local time.
Nepal and the UAE are familiar opponents in Associate countries. This encounter is considered a classic match between the two Associate nations. So far, they have played nine T20 matches against each other, with Nepal winning five and the UAE winning four.
In the other semifinal, Oman and Hong Kong are competing. The match is scheduled to start at 4:15 PM local time.
The winner of this competition will secure a spot to play in the 2025 T20 Asia Cup. Additionally, the top three countries will qualify for the ACC Emerging Teams Asia Cup.
