UML to be led by Raghubir in the government

KATHMANDU: CPN-UML is sending ministers under the leadership of Raghubir Mahaseth to the government.

Mahaseth will serve as Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Physical Planning and Construction in the new administration.

According to reports, 7 UML ministers will serve in the government. Padam Giri is already the minister without a department.

It is possible that he may be given responsibility for the Ministry of Health. KP Sharma Oli, the party’s chair, is expected to confirm the names of other ministers by the evening.

Chair Oli, along with Vice Chair Bishnu Paudel, has arrived in Baglung to participate in the program.

Mahaseth and other leaders have been told to stand by as soon as he returns, he may be sworn in.

After receiving this news, Mahaseth has just landed Kathmandu from Janakpur.
