UML collecting suggestions for election manifesto

KATHMANDU: The CPN-UML is collecting suggestions from party organizations and mass organizations to prepare its manifesto for the upcoming House of Representatives election scheduled for Falgun 21.
Dr. Bhishma Adhikari, Secretary at the UML central office, said some organizations submitted their suggestions in person, while others sent them via email.
“We are compiling suggestions received from various regions and mass organizations to draft the manifesto,” he said. “The final draft will be prepared based on these inputs.”
Dr. Adhikari added that the party plans to release the manifesto in the first week of Falgun.
The manifesto drafting committee, chaired by UML Chair KP Sharma Oli, includes Vice-Chair Rambahadur Thapa and Bishnu Paudel, General Secretary Shankar Pokharel, and leaders Ishwar Pokharel, Pradeep Gyawali, and Bishnu Rimal.
