Two Durga Prasai’s bodyguard detained with modern weapons granted five-day custody
Both Khadka and Dhimal, arrested with modern weapons from the premises of the Supreme Court on Monday.
KATHMANDU: Two individuals arrested with modern weapons from the premises of the Supreme Court have been granted a five-day in custody by the Kathmandu District Court.
Dipak Khadka and another individual, Ram Kumar Dhimal, both apprehended with sophisticated weaponry, were permitted by the Kathmandu District Court to be held in custody for five days for further investigation, as confirmed by Kathmandu’s District Police Office spokesperson and Police Inspector Navaraj Adhikari.
He stated, “Both Khadka and Dhimal, arrested with modern weapons from the premises of the Supreme Court on Monday, have been granted permission for a five-day detention for further investigation into their involvement in cases related to possession of illegal weapons and smuggling.”
The arrestees include Durga Prasai, a renowned bodyguard.
