Teachers protest on 22nd day with umbrellas amid heat (photos)

KATHMANDU: Teachers have taken to the streets with umbrellas on the 22nd day of their ongoing protest, as the heat intensifies.

Despite the sun or rain, the teachers remain committed to their cause, carrying umbrellas and continuing their demonstration.

The protestors have been using various methods, including dancing, wearing black masks, lighting torches during the day, and blowing whistles to voice their demands.

The strike is based on past agreements, urging the swift passage of the School Education Bill, 2081, among other demands.
