KATHMANDU: Focusing on environmental conservation, community welfare, and sustainable development, Sun Nepal Life Insurance Company Limited successfully conducted the next phase of its tree plantation program in collaboration with Lumbini World Peace Forum and Birendranagar Municipality.
The campaign, titled “Warm Jacket Distribution, Seed & Tree Plantation Program”, aimed not only to restore ecological balance but also to promote social responsibility at the community level.
The initiative was centered in the Birendranagar area, where the company also distributed warm jackets to 50 students as part of the program.
The event witnessed notable participation from Chief Executive Officer Rajkumar Aryal, Chief Marketing Officer Ganesh Chaulagai, Karnali Province Head Govinda Dhakal, and Nepal Insurance Authority’s Provincial Head Neel Lamichhane.
Representatives from Lumbini World Peace Forum, local stakeholders, and company employees actively engaged in the initiative.
Speaking on the occasion, CEO Rajkumar Aryal emphasized that environmental protection and social service are integral to Sun Nepal Life’s institutional philosophy, expressing a commitment to expanding such programs nationwide.
