KATHMANDU: The film Soltinee, starring Prakash Saput and Parikshya Limbu, has unveiled its new release date—Kartik 6.

The movie is produced under the banner of Hark Sampang Revolution & Team, led by Dharan Mayor Harka Sampang, with Arjun Subedi at the helm as director.

The star-studded cast includes Prakash Saput, Parikshya Limbu, Wilson Bikram Rai, Sabbu Gurung, Ravindra Jha, Prakash Ghimire, Prem Subba, Kabita Ale, Sundar Dhital, and Sujan Khatri, among others.
The four distinct posters reflect the film’s focus on love, culture, and rural life. One highlights the romantic chemistry between the lead pair, while another shows Parikshya Limbu in traditional attire, adorned with cultural jewelry.

A third poster captures the couple joyfully crossing a village bridge, showcasing Nepal’s natural beauty and simple rural lifestyle.
The collective poster features the main cast along with supporting characters, hinting at vibrant folk culture, music, and humor.
Director Arjun Subedi promises a narrative that connects viewers with fresh perspectives, tackling social issues like inhumanity and caste discrimination, while keeping the central love story as the main attraction.

The film was shot across picturesque locations including Ilam Bazaar, Bibyante, Kanyam, Birtamod, Pathari, and Bhojpur.
The music is composed by Prashant Siwakoti and Hercules Basnet, with cinematography by Sushan Prajapati. The script is penned by Arjun Subedi and Kumar Bhattarai.
Produced in collaboration with Planet Three Films and Yolo Entertainment, the film’s producers are Regina Bista and Sansar Chaulagain, with co-producers Roshan Chaulagain, Basanta Katwal, and Sujan Adhikari.
Royal Bhimsen and Trident Concept designed the posters and publicity, while T-Folks Films will handle distribution in Nepal. Digital rights have been acquired by OSR Digital.
