KATHMANDU: Lawmakers from the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) walked out of Sunday’s House of Representatives meeting after protesting for nearly an hour and a half.
The protest centered around allegations against Home Minister Ramesh Lekhak regarding the controversial visit visa scandal.
The RSP has been demanding his resignation and the formation of a high-level investigation committee.
The party has been continuously obstructing parliamentary proceedings since Jestha 13 in protest of the issue.
