RPP to hold public awareness rally on Dec 27
RPP Chair Rajendra Lingden and other senior leaders are expected to address the gathering.
KATHMANDU: The Rastriya Prajatantra Party (RPP) has announced a public awareness rally in Birtamode, Jhapa, scheduled for Dec 27.
At a press conference held today in Birtamode, RPP Jhapa District President Keshav Prasad Ojha stated that the rally aims to inform citizens about the party’s stance, perspectives, and the current political situation in the country, especially in the wake of the recent Gen Z movement.
RPP Chair Rajendra Lingden and other senior leaders are expected to address the gathering.
Participants will include representatives from all 131 wards across Jhapa’s 15 local levels.
Ojha emphasized that the event will be conducted in a disciplined and organized manner.
The party has formed various subcommittees for the rally and has obtained the necessary permissions from the district administration.
The leadership for the event will include Party Leader Sabina Bajgain from the east, Provincial Chair Ram Thapa from the west, Central Spokesperson Bhakti Sitoula from the north, and Chair Rajendra Lingden from the south.
Additionally, RPP Jhapa has appointed Party Spokesperson Surya Khatiwada to strengthen and advance the party’s activities, a responsibility he has pledged to fulfill diligently.
