Congress strengthens active membership distribution drive
KATHMANDU: Nepali Congress has assigned central representatives to all 77 districts under its active membership distribution campaign, aiming to make the ongoing drive more effective ahead of the party’s 15th General Convention.
According to the Party’s Central Membership Management Committee, the decision was taken as part of the nationwide initiative to streamline the distribution of active membership cards across districts through the party headquarters.
The campaign places special emphasis on ensuring strong representation of youth under the age of 35 in the new active membership enrollment process, reflecting the party’s focus on expanding youth participation.
The central representatives have been instructed to reach their assigned districts by Asar 20 and coordinate closely with local committees to facilitate, monitor, and carry out the membership distribution process effectively, the party office stated.
