Resham meets Deuba for key political talks

KATHMANDU: Resham Chaudhary, patron of the Nagarik Unmukti Party (RUP), met with Nepali Congress President Sher Bahadur Deuba at his residence in Budhanilkantha.

Chaudhary shared the news of the meeting through social media, describing it as a “politically significant discussion.”

The meeting comes just a day after NUP’s national gathering took a dramatic step by expelling party chairperson Ranjeeta Shrestha from all positions, including general membership.
