President Paudel endorses Dasharath Chand Health University Bill

KATHMANDU: President Ramchandra Paudel has authenticated the bill concerning the establishment and regulation of Shahid Dasharath Chand Health Science University.

According to the Office of the President, the bill—passed by both Houses of the Federal Parliament—was certified today in accordance with Article 113, Clause (2) of the Constitution of Nepal.

The new legislation aims to lay the legal foundation for the operation, structure, and objectives of the university.
