PM Oli to attend SCO Summit in China

KATHMANDU: Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli is set to travel to China on Aug 30 to participate in the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) Summit.

The summit will be held in Beijing on Aug 31 and Sept 1 and will be inaugurated by Chinese President Xi Jinping.

Leaders from various countries, including Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi, are also expected to attend the event.

According to the Prime Minister’s Secretariat, Oli will hold bilateral meetings with President Xi Jinping and other counterparts, including Prime Minister Modi, during his visit.
