PM Oli to address parliament today
Prime Minister will brief the parliament on his recent foreign visit as well as the current political situation in the country.
KATHMANDU: Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli is scheduled to address the House of Representatives today (Wednesday) at 1 PM.
The session will be held at the Federal Parliament Building in New Baneshwor.
According to Mahesh Bartola, Chief Whip of the UML Parliamentary Party, the Prime Minister will brief the parliament on his recent foreign visit as well as the current political situation in the country.
Prime Minister’s press spokesperson Ramsharan Bajgain also confirmed the address, stating that the speech will focus on the recently concluded Turkmenistan visit and other contemporary issues.
Prime Minister Oli returned home after participating in the Third United Nations Conference on Landlocked Developing Countries (LLDCs) held in Ashgabat, Turkmenistan, from Shrawan 20 to 23.
He is expected to provide detailed information about the conference outcomes and other developments during his address.
