KATHMANDU: Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has reportedly called Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’, chair of the main opposition party, the CPN (Maoist Centre), seeking cooperation for smooth parliamentary proceedings.

During the call, PM Oli urged Prachanda to avoid disrupting the parliament, asserting that the Home Minister’s visa issue involves no wrongdoing.

In response, Prachanda insisted that the parliament will remain stalled unless Home Minister Ramesh Lekhak resigns.
