PM Oli launches ‘FIFA for Schools’

KATHMANDU: Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli officially launched the ‘FIFA for Schools’ campaign today at a special event organized by the All Nepal Football Association (ANFA) at Dasharath Stadium.

As part of the campaign, supported by FIFA, around one thousand schools across Nepal will receive free footballs to promote sports and physical education at the grassroots level.

During the event, Prime Minister Oli emphasized the government’s commitment to the overall development of the sports sector.

He also announced the construction of a new and large stadium in Suryabinayak, Bhaktapur, as a step toward enhancing sports infrastructure in the country.
