Person absconding after banking offense held

KATHMANDU: The Kathmandu Valley Crime Investigation Bureau (CIB) arrested a person, who had been absconding after committing a banking offense.

The police made public Pranab Lal Singh, 53, a resident of Kathmandu Metropolis-22.

Spokesperson at Bureau and superintendent of police Rameshwor Karki informed that a team mobilized from the Bureau arrested Singh from Chhauni, Kathmandu for an investigation into a case of banking crime.

An arrest warrant had already been issued against Singh. Further action has been forwarded.
