Passengers can change travel dates or get refund: Qatar Airways

KATHMANDU: Qatar Airways has announced a special arrangement allowing passengers to change their travel dates or receive a refund for the unused portion of their tickets. In a notice issued by the airline, passengers holding confirmed bookings with travel dates between Feb 28 and March 15, 2026, will be eligible to use this facility.

According to the airline, affected travelers can change their travel date free of charge within a maximum of 14 days from the original departure date. As an alternative, passengers may also request a refund for the unused value of their ticket. However, passengers with bookings outside the specified dates have been advised to manage their travel plans through the official website or mobile application of Qatar Airways.

The airline also noted that passengers who booked their tickets through travel agents or third-party websites should contact the respective agents or booking platforms for assistance. Furthermore, the company has urged travelers to rely on its official channels for updates and additional information regarding their travel arrangements.
