NIC Asia Microfinance concludes provincial budget review & training program
The first two days focused on discussions regarding branch operations, achievements to date, existing challenges, and potential areas for improvement.
KATHMANDU: NIC Asia Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha has successfully concluded its first-quarter budget review workshop and training program for Gandaki and Bagmati provinces.
The four-day event, held from Kartik 18 to 21 at Tapas Hotel in Battisputali, Kathmandu, saw the participation of branch managers, monitoring officers, recovery officers, and provincial heads from branches across the two provinces.
The first two days focused on discussions regarding branch operations, achievements to date, existing challenges, and potential areas for improvement.
During the latter two days, participants received training on enhancing service quality, customer protection, financial management, operational efficiency, excellence in service delivery, digital banking, and portfolio management.
According to the institution, the program is expected to support more efficient branch operations and strengthen service delivery to customers.
