KATHMANDU: NIC Asia Bank Limited has launched a new online portal aimed at providing detailed information on the auction sale of its banking, non-banking, and collateral-backed assets.
Through this digital platform, the bank has consolidated comprehensive details of properties listed for auction, making it easier for interested buyers to access relevant information in one place.
Customers can simply scan the QR code included in auction notices to access the portal.
The platform provides key property details such as plot number, area, photographs, maps, and exact location via Google Maps.
Additionally, the portal allows users to directly inquire about specific properties. Interested buyers can submit their full name, email address, mobile number, and contact details through a message box available on each property listing.
The bank stated that the portal will be regularly updated with new listings and auction-related notices, enabling potential buyers to stay informed and make well-informed decisions.
According to the bank, this initiative is expected to enhance transparency and convenience in the asset auction process while expanding access for prospective investors and customers.
